Life of web programmer is not easy. The primary job of web designer/programmer is to convey the dream,the purpose and the skills of company to the world. The look,the feel,the functionality are important.But whole thing it that ke bhaiya more often the requirement is not clear and life becomes hell.

You dont deliver what your client wants and worst of all you try your best from your side.The most common problem in web designing is that when you meet a client you propose x solution.The client is fine with x till he/she sees it.Then he/she wants x+ things which they think is simple,easy.

This plus never ends .Infact it minuses many things in your life.It minuses your personal time.The project goes over time and so it minuses your profit and in the end it minuses name of client from your list too..

So first thing first is get a clear cut requirement from the client. make layout and get signature of the client in it. Deliver only what u think u can...Please value your time and do charge for that..

Keep it simple...any thing which comes under contract is what you would deliver...
