Web market is one business which has lots and lots of small firms,freelancers in it.It makes sense since one gets all benefits of his own expertise,start up cost is less and business is after all business..

Wait a minute..There are some pre requisite for it though. If you are person who wants a care free life, if you are a person who is apni marzi ka maalik types then you better be free lancer..Forming a company is not right option for you...In job you have one boss ,in buisness you have many bosses.

Stake holders ,your clients are your primary boss. You have to be responsible not only for your work but your stake holders,partners,clients..

If you want to have good meal on time,freak out with friends,be with your wife at her neighbours birthday then dont start a buisness.

It would be all hard work for first five years..You would have to priortize your life and it should revolve around your buisness...

The one thing which separates those successful in buisness and those who dont is the former knows how to become ones own boss.

Is it so bad???..No it isnt...All sacrifices pay off. It pays off in most rewarding way,both tangible and in tangible...You incept,you create,you run a system..

So in ten years time its all worth...But its always what a want in life matters..

So instead on leaving a job or turining from free lancer to business man answer yourself..
